1. If your appliance responds intermittently, move the IR accessory closer, point it directly at the appliance, and adjust the angle if necessary.
2. Different remote models may have different button functions. Since there are many models, not every function can be fully supported.
3. If the button you need isn't available, try Precision Match mode to find a matching button.
